- Designed and developed major market pool distribution utilizing line hauls with scheduled release dates, eliminated 12 satellite warehouses and inventory. Cost savings exceeding $800k
- Overhauled and implemented "zone skip" operation reducing distribution costs by 40% and improved delivery standards to both retail and consumer sector
- Analyzed current distribution network, overhauled and re-aligned for "best in class" distribution international / domestic network resulting in cost savings of 55%; aligned with team personnel to champion and develop skills
- Re-aligned and restructured distribution from USA to Canada, trans-border negotiations and facility shut-down; reduced distribution costs by $160k annually
